This Survival Course is for work forces who need to be taken away from the reality of work and learn new talents, it provides an excellent way for workers to show their hidden talents, Also it will bring your work force together as a team,
We have many a group arriving and they are in little groups of their own, but by the time they leave us they are like a family unit,
If you are looking at this Survival Course, you will be aware that a group of people that are not functioning together are not a team at all, Especially if this group has been newly formed, Whether old or new group, these individuals (although individuality must be respected and admired) they must learn to work as a single unit, Situations must be resolved quickly to avoid time wasting, misunderstandings, low moral and poor results,
Our Team Building Course will resolve conflicts by bringing
them together in a non working environment, This challenges both their physical and mental abilities,
Each Course will be moulded to match your group and move at a pace they can all progress at,
Your Course will comprise of 2 sectors, The first to gain knowledge and experience to Survive Outdoors, The second will be to throw them into one of our many scenarios for example:
After completing one and a half days Survival Practical Skills the scenario begins (Whilst on board a small plane it has engine failure and comes down in a densely wooded area in Scotland, Fortunately everyone survived the crash landing uninjured with the exception of the pilot who must be moved by stretcher and protected from the elements to the best of their ability, some equipment can be salvaged, Unfortunately no May Day signal was given so help will be some time away, You don't know exactly where you are and dusk has just fallen) GO FOR IT!
Other scenarios will be used appropriate to the group's requirements, for instance Ship Wreck Scenario for our Coastal Courses etc,

This Course is designed to provide knowledge and physical ability to Survive Outdoors, It also provides many group and individual skills, excellent exercise for Team Building,
We take groups of 20 - 40 on this course usually, but we can take smaller (10), as we know small firms are just as important as large firms, Also we can take larger groups if we have plenty of notice up to 180, email or phone for more information,
Each member of the group receives an A4 Certificate at the end of the course, this is a great keepsake to show friends and family and to have in years to come,
