It is an upgrade on a model I used when Island Hopping
by canoe in the Outer Hebrides
And since then I have used this design for stream fishing, for game fish,
loch fishing for course fish
I have reduced its size and weight
This particular one weighs about 6oz
and measures approx
7" long X 2" wide (180mm long X 50mm wide)
As you can see from the pictures the rear portion of the handle is brass threaded
when unscrewed and retracted it has 1 of my claw blades mounted, this is more
than adequate for all your fishing needs such as cutting bait, line, gutting, whittling floats etc
It is razor sharp 17 degree angle and hardened to the high 60's on the Rockwell And should never need
any sharpening for many years

holds your bits and pieces, lures, weights, hooks etc
This unit also comes with a New spool of 8lb competition quality line, which is more than adequate
for larger fish, you could use a light leader for stream fishing where fish are cautious and small
Kit also includes a Spinner, a couple of Lures, a couple of Flies tied by myself, a couple of weights,
a couple of swivels, hooks, split shot etc in the picture
It will bring many a quiet hour of relaxation by your favourite stream
And many a full stomach with the fish you will catch
